I did it. I finally got around to making the replacement scabbard for my knife I use on my pirate garb.

Scabbard and Knife

Not bad for my 1st wood working project in god only knows how long. Definitely my 1st one ever using a router.

  3. Looks good!

You know, I don’t know of anyone on the circuit doing this kind of work. It is nice, and there could be a potential market for it. I’m just saying.

  4. I have but one word for you Jeremy “GEEK!!!” :-) Of course, as I was typing out the post, I was thinking the same thing so… Pot / Kettle :-)

Dean, I’m not sure I’m quite ready to go into production. Besides, I’m not positive its even Wohlersproof yet. Let’s give it a few weekends of abuse. :-) I am tempted though to see if Larry the wood worker could use his Laser carving machine and do some sort of design on it.
